Senior Manager

ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager will be responsible for leading client relationships, managing account teams, developing client deliverables, and supporting business development – is required to interface with all levels of staff and clients with the following primary responsibilities:
Customer Service
1. Provide professional and comprehensive consulting services in areas of Data Security base on clients' business models and needs, including but not limited to data compliance and data security governance.
2. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' business conditions and technical support capabilities in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies.
3. Coordinate/organize interviews and seminars, provide clients with professional insights and recommendations, propose reasonable solutions and strategies, and solve complex problems.
4. Produce relevant communication documents and assessment reports, oversees the development of client deliverables to ensure high quality standards.
5. Serves as the primary client contact and manages efficient communication for client deliverables.
Business Management
1. Establish appropriate scopes of work by analyzing client’s needs, effectively solve problems and manage budgets in proper manner.
2. Effectively manage the project staffing with other team leaders and establish proper project teams to meet clients’ service requirements.
3. Maintain close communications with clients, make necessary adjustments as needed to improve the project outcomes and clients’ performance.
4. Manage multiple projects/clients.
Business Development
1. Provide innovative solutions and creative ideas to existing and potential clients.
2. Deliver high-quality proposals and pitch presentations.
3. Work closely with Managers from other business teams to complete cross-departmental sales and drive for new business development.
4. Actively promote business by leveraging key opinion leaders on new media platforms and through various marketing activities.
Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Computer Science, or Communication-related majors; Master’s degree preferred.
2. More than 8 years of professional experience in the field of data compliance and data security governance.
3. Understand domestic and foreign laws and regulations, such as the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.; familiar with data security-related laws, regulations, and standards, such as the "Data Export Security Assessment Measures," network security review, etc.
4. Familiar with data security regulatory requirements in different industries, such as the Internet, medical, automotive, etc.; those with work experience in the field of data compliance and regulation are preferred.
5. Have a sense and ability to identify risks and possess good business perception and understanding.
6. Have strong logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and good project management skills.
7. Excellent writing and analytical skills, able to complete strategic and creative content output with tight schedule.
8. Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills; optimistic and enterprising attitude; collaborative team member.
9. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
10. Native Chinese; Excellent English in speaking and writing preferred.

Responsibilities1. Stay up-to-date with relevant government policies, regulations, and hot topics, collect and summarize valuable policy information of the industry.
2. Analyze relevant policies, plans, and trend directions that will have significant impacts on clients' industries.
3. Responsible for writing bilingual (Chinese & English) reports and undertake external material preparation.
4. Assist superiors in maintaining client relationships through phone calls, onsite visits, etc. and follow-up projects in timely manner.
5. Support superiors in pre-project research, consulting, and pricing.
6. Leverage Marketing department’s resources, participate in various online and offline activities to further expand and establish external network.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors or senior management.
Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above with major in English, Law, Public Management, Public Relations, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience; 2022/2023 graduates will also be considered.
3. Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Familiar with government department workflow and mechanism, highly sensitive to national policies; relevant government agency work experience will be a plus.
5. Strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.

Investment Advisory Manager

3. Regularly collect new policies in relative industry and give correct interpretation and application of regulations and policies.
4. Provide regular training and guidance to team members on new business.
5. Assist supervisors in external liaison matters such as public affairs and government relations.
