ResponsibilitiesAs a team assistant, your major responsibilities will be:
1. Produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports
2. Maintain proper filing folders
3. Manage payment requests with vendors
4. Arrange team calls, meetings and workshops
5. Help with team/client event setup and related logistics arrangement
6. Work collaboratively with other assistants to ensure backup coverage
QualificationsPlease contact us, if you are
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in law, finance, business administration, management will be preferred
2. Graduates before year 2023 and attendance with 5 days a week will be preferred
3. Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service and able to work under pressure
4. With Good can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
5. Ability to communicate effectively both in Chinese and English
